Do I need to create an account to place an order?
We recommend creating an account for easy order management, earning loyalty rewards, and receiving updates on promotions. You can also check out as a guest if you prefer.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. Import taxes and surcharges may apply based on local regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available for faster checkout.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping methods and rates vary by destination. Available options and costs will be shown at checkout.

How will I receive updates about my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation after your payment is processed, followed by updates as your order progresses. To ensure you don’t miss any notifications, please add "order@rythmeliving.com" and "cs@rythmeliving.com" to your trusted sender list.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we offer door-to-door delivery only and do not have a pickup option.

When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: Approximately 4 - 12 business days
- Other Destinations: Approximately 5 - 21 business days

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, you can add a personalized message at checkout for gift orders.
Exchanges and Refunds
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team (by ask@rythmeliving.com / drop us private messages on our official Instagram account), and we will be happy to assist in resolving any issues.
